This establishment has taken a massive nosedive in quality, and it’s clear that management must have switched recently. The staff is incredibly unprofessional, choosing to socialize and chat with their friends rather than assisting paying customers. To make matters worse, they are completely nontransparent about their pricing—I wasn't even told the total until after I had already handed over my cash. Even though the policy clearly printed on the receipt was technically honored, the deceptive atmosphere and lack of basic service make it feel like a total trap. Save your time and your money; only come here if you actually want to be scammed.

They provided the basic supplies needed to wash my dog (free of charge). They have a blow dryer for the dog and a scale to weigh them if you like. Will go back

The owner offered advice on what food I should choose for my Cavi and my oh my... What a difference a quality food makes. He no longer eats grass and has frequent solid bowel movements. He took to this change of food well and I greatly appreciate the advice the owner gave me. My only negative I would give is the smell of the shop- gawd awful. But I deal with it because clearly the ppl there are knowledgeable

This is the second time we bring our dog to this place. The first time the stylist did a GREAT job but the new stylist they have is the WORST stylist I’ve seen... In the picture you can see that my dog suffered a lot. How can you call it a SPA?!... Never again!! We asked for the schnauzer’s cut not the NYC rat style...

I am NOT happy what Muttropolitan did to Kenzie hair. They were the great the last time I took Kenzie to get groomed for her birthday back in June. She looks a mess and I could have done much better. I was soooooo mad, I cried. It appears to me that she was not cut at all other then her head. We show the owner the picture. Since we didn't meet the groomer, I don't believe she ever was told. They cut the top of her hair off so now I can't put cute bows in her hair and she looks like a little boy. Now she has a mullet! And to make it worse the cut on the top of her hair is packed up and completely uneven some parts and her hair is shorter than the other. The owner was not even apologetic and was like oh well we can trim up some more tomorrow. I don't think I can trust them anymore and I rather just have a refund.
