(from Google)Nice grassy Wolf Ranch neighborhood park north of Research Parkway. We go on Fridays, 4-7:30 pm, for the food trucks organized by All Things Pita. Check their FB page for info on which trucks are in place each week.
Lots of open space, peaceful with the mini waterfall, some shade under a gazebo. I would say this park is more for older children and adults. No playgrounds on site. Lots of sidewalk to jog, walk, walk your dogs. Take your older kids here to throw a football, disc golf, frisbee, baseball. Set up corn hole or other yard games. Make sure to wear lots of sunscreen and bring sunglasses, blankets, chairs. There are a couple benches here and there but they are few and far between. Beautiful view of the mountains. Bring a book and watch the sunset.
Nice view of the sunset, not a lot of shade or benches. Usually drop by for food truck day.
Food Truck Friday! Beautiful grassy park, lots of room for social distancing, parking: bring chairs, blankets, let the kiddos run and enjoy some really great food. We went with wonderful neighbors, and met some super people in line. We willl be back!
Beautiful park! The gazebo is large enough for a large gathering (about 40 people standing). The only downside was the wind, but that happens.
