Petco

This is the first time I found a pet store to walk into that has such a variety for cats. You know cats are finicky and I like to offer different foods to them and your store will allow me to do that. Thank you so much.

We have been wintering in Lighthouse Point Florida for 3 months. I have been to this store on 2 or 3 occasions and I have always had really nice friendly associates wait on me. I will definitely be back again next winter!

I can’t say enough great things about Jennifer as a dog groomer. Her attention to detail is outstanding—every haircut is clean, precise, and tailored perfectly to each dog. You can really tell she takes pride in her work. I’ll admit, at first I was a bit reluctant about going to Petco for my Golden Retriever Samantha, but Jennifer completely won me over on the very first visit. She earned my trust right away, and now I continue to go back because she truly earned my business. What stands out the most is the level of care she provides while your dog is with her. She treats every pet with patience and kindness, making sure they feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire process. On top of that, Jennifer is extremely professional and has amazing customer service skills. She’s easy to communicate with, reliable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure both you and your dog are happy. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares!

12-24-2025 I Will never go back and take my dog there either what a terrible mistake that the groomer did tô my pet , he is a bichon frise and now he look like a puddle , she don’t know how to cut dogs hair and she explains why his face looks one side small and the other side big because ( someone walking and he looked) what a excuses . Last time he was good the young lady did good . Also toke them 6 hours tô do this terrible job poor little boy I drop him 1 pm with appointment and tell call neck at 7 pm, I always come to the store to buy extra stuff but now I’m going to shop somewhere , also the customer service is awful. I explained the way I wanna my bichon looks . Please managers or what ever please trains your grooming lady’s because they don’t know how to do grooming.! I don’t recommend grooming for no one never again. it’s was the worse mistake trust Petco . I took a picture for everyone tô see how they doing with you pet.
