I had similar experience! Called SEVERAL times, no response. I've got a clients dog that desperately needs a grooming and no-one else will do him due to him getting over anxious and making strange throat sounds! Anyone know of a mobile groomer????

Called FOUR times and left messages requesting return call and appointment. No return call. Drove by business to verify phone number, read the sign saying “accepting new clients” (LOL), and gave up!
