Terrible service at E Charleston Rd location, I took my dog ​​to be groomed and told them exactly how I wanted the cut (cocker cut), but in the end, they did whatever they wanted and shaved her all over, leaving my dog ​​practically bare. They didn't want to bother with a proper cut and just used the clippers all over her body.

It's an excellent place, with a wide variety of pet supplies. The grooming and pet hotel areas are very good; the price is reasonable, I take my dog ​​there every two months for a bath and I'm always very happy with the results. Taina is an expert and her natural charm with animals is amazing. I highly recommend it.

Got the cutest bearded dragon ever, and got a goldfish. The pets there looked really nice and the day I got my bearded dragon was the perfect day since all beardies were all 40% off.

I was here jus a few days ago to look at terrarium options. I was suprised by the variety of both aquariums and terrariums, alongside a wide range of options to put inside them for your critters. I lucked out on the price of the terrarium, they were having a 50% sale. I wasn’t looking for fish, but if I were, this is one place I woild definitely hit up (lots of varieties).

I cannot thank the team at Pets Hotel Mountain View enough for what they did for me and my dog. During check-in, my dog unexpectedly slipped away, and in a moment of panic, the entire staff immediately ran outside to help. They worked together so quickly and with such care. It was incredible to see how much they truly care about the pets entrusted to them. I want to send a very special thank you to Matt, the Pets Hotel manager, who went above and beyond. On a hot afternoon, he ran across two parking lots and was the one who finally caught my dog and brought him back safely. I am deeply grateful for his dedication and quick action. This team has shown not only professionalism but also genuine compassion. I now feel even more confident leaving my dog in their care, knowing they treat him like one of their own.
