the hold place full of dog hair disgusting at home i was checking my dog Sloppy Job i had to trim my dog nothing even hairs out of place Very bad Job i will never go back to get my dog Groomed their no more!!!!!

Went to check out the place to see if I would even leave my dogs - DEFINITELY NO! As soon as I walked in to the back area for the tour I was hit with an awful stench. I have been to boarding kennels before but none smelled as bad - combination of days old urine and poop. The runs were small and their indoor/outdoor area was a room that they opened doors and windows. Not a good first impression which means I won't be using this place.

My family have been boarding our dogs here for at least 30 years. The staff is amazing. It's a loving and caring environment.Each dog is cared for with love and according to their individual needs. The vets are on the same premises. The place is spotless and inviting. Each animal has it's own private living area there is no communal play area. This is a second home for my pets when I go on vacation. My Daisy loves Denise the manager we tell Daisy that she's going to stay with her Aunt Denise and she gets excited. I can know with confidence she is being taken care of with the same love and compassion I give her at home,

My dogs are my children. There is nothing more difficult than having to board a pet when I need to travel. The ONLY place I would ever kennel my dogs is Richmond Boarding. For the last three decades and with three precious dogs, this kennel has taken loving care of all of them. The manager, DENISE, is the third parent to my canine kids and we trust them to be pampered while she watches them. Please go here.

Richmond Boarding and Grooming is the only place I board my Boxer Rocky. It is spotless & spacious .I rest assure that he is healthy , safe , as they have their own individual runs, and clean when he goes home! (There is no communal play area as one person noted.That is incorrect) They have great drop off and pick up hours. Most importantly... they care. Your dog is like their own. With their professional and experienced Staff and Veterinarians on the premises... you have the whole package! I highly recommend Richmond Boarding and grooming if you want peace of mind while you are away!!!!
