Great place, friendly staff, fair prices. What more could you ask for?

Genuinely loving and thoughtful grooming experience lavished upon the client - a title bestowed on my dog, Charcoal, by the awesome manager, Dario. Charcoal does not let just anyone bathe, blow dry, groom or cut his fingernails. But he was in good spirits when I picked him up, and he looked more clean and handsome than ever.

I'm truly disappointed to have to update this review to remove stars. I had a great experience my first time...however, I have called several times, left a voicemail requesting a return call, as well as 3 texts since Saturday. It is now Thursday and I haven't received a return call or text. Good groomer, but impossible to get a hold of. I'm going to have to find another groomer for my cat, as well as my dog because I can't get a hold of them to schedule. Original Review: Fair prices, relaxing atmosphere, friendly, customer service oriented owner. Will definitely take my cat here again. Groomer used the light setting on the blow dryer since it was his first time there and also put little cotton balls in his ears to dampen the noise. There was calming music playing in the room, which was a nice touch. This place is thoughtful and considerate of your fur babies. Kitty came out soft, clean, smelling great and they put a cute little bowtie on his collar. He was calm & relaxed when I picked him up.

Before finding Groomingdales, I used to drive all the way from Signal Hill to Torrance just to get my three fur babies groomed! When I saw Groomingdales was opening nearby, I was so excited to give it a try, but it took me a couple of visits to finally go in (I only want the best for my pups!). Now, I’m so glad I did! We’ve been coming here ever since, and I couldn’t be happier. The groomer really knows his stuff—my dogs always come out looking fresh, clean, and happy, and I never have to worry about any nicks or cuts. So thankful to have such amazing care for our pups right here! He treats my pups as if they were his own- my dogs love him! Glad to give him the business with our 3 dogs!!!

Dario is the man! Our pup, Ziggy, loves the owner Dario and loves coming here to be groomed. Dario is always so sweet and gives Ziggy top tier service. Ziggy is a cocker spaniel, and needs a special haircut, short on the top with a skirt at the bottom and Dario always delivers. He’s affordable, does an amazing job, and our dog loves him, what else could you ask for. Thanks Dario, we’ll def be back soon!
