Called about my dog having diarrhea and puking for going on 3 days. They asked me to bring in a stool sample. I took one in early that morning and it has been over 48 hours and still havent heard anything. I called and lady on phone said they hadnt had a chance to test it because they got behind. Informed me a tech would be there over the weekend. I called and left a voicemail, but still havent heard back. So glad it wasnt parvo or anything deadly or my dog would be dead waiting for results. I only gave 2 stars because they have been decent other times we have gone there. I doubt they will give a refund, but what did I even pay for?

I take all of my fur.Babies here. Everyone is wonderful from the lovely ladies. That check you in to the vet tech and the vet. They really seem to care. I feel they are very thorough. My last visit was to have a tumor removed from my dog's neck. It could have been a scary time, but they were very reassuring and the incision was picture perfect. She healed very quickly. And the scar is barely there. I highly highly recommend this place. There is a true compassion for animals here. My only regret is.I did not find them sooner.

If you want a vet who sees your pets as actual individuals and not just the next slot on the schedule, Jessica at A to Z Vet is the one. She treats my animals like humans in the best way. She reads their quirks, meets their energy, and somehow knows exactly how to handle each one. One of my favorite things about her is that she gets right down on the floor with them. And let’s be honest, she’s reached the stage of life where most people avoid the floor unless there’s a chiropractor on standby. But she doesn’t hesitate. She meets them at their level every single time, and my pets love her for it. A to Z is appointment-only. At first that sounds inconvenient. Then you remember sitting in a walk-in clinic with forty-five people who all arrived at the same time like they were summoned. Suddenly appointments feel like luxury. You get in, you get seen, and you don’t lose an hour of your life to chaos. The clinic itself has a grounded, earthy feel. Animals in different stages of rehabilitation live throughout the building. Some will eventually move on. Some have been there for years because life handed them rough circumstances, and this became their safe place. Their Peeps and Creeps program helps fund the care for those rescues. It’s basically a community-supported lifeline for animals who had nowhere else to go. Step outside and it gets even better. The clinic sits on a corner lot with several acres devoted to large animals. Camels, zebras, sulcata tortoises, and a monkey who is a little too confident in his own anatomy all call it home. It looks like a quirky, happy zoo full of animals who finally landed somewhere safe. Is the building perfect? No. But the priorities are clear. They pour their resources into the medicine, the care, and the animals themselves. The place stays busy because they’re good at what they do, and it shows in every corner. Jessica isn’t flashy. She’s real, kind, and grounded. She isn’t just “the vet.” She’s the caregiver you adopt into your family because she pours her entire cup into the ones you love.

So far so good I like them. It's hard to find in exotic vet , in midland that can work on snakes , rats to honeybadgers to chickens to all walks of life. This is my second time using the facility.Because I have pet rand they seem to be pretty tenant and carrying would recommend this place

I really like this vet!! It’s an experience for my dog everytime we go bc of all of the other animals they house on site and they treat. I see all kinds of animals that clients bring in while we wait and they also have rescue bobcats, turkeys, goats, emu, ducks, monkeys, and the reptiles and critters that are brought in while we are there. My dog is super curious and gets to see stuff he wouldn’t otherwise get to see probably in his life!
