Jazz helped us feel more confident and gave us the tools we needed to keep building better habits at home. The difference in our dog’s behavior and obedience has been incredible. We couldn't be happier with our experience at Tip Top K9, especially working with our trainer, Jazz. From day one, Jazz was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly consistent. He was always on time for our private training sessions and came prepared with a clear plan to help both us and our dog succeed. What really stood out was his patience. Not only was he patient with Meeka as she learned new skills, but he was equally patient with us as owners, making sure we understood the training methods and felt confident continuing them at home. Most importantly, it is obvious that Jazz genuinely loves dogs. Meeka absolutely fell in love with him, and it was clear that he cared about her progress and well-being every step of the way. The bond they developed made the training experience even more enjoyable and effective. The results have been fantastic, and we are excited to continue participating in the ongoing Boot Camp programs. Not only will they help reinforce Meeka's training, but we're pretty sure she'll be thrilled to get more opportunities to see Jazz! We tried different things after doing some research and trying other trainers nobody could help me with my Nina!! I finally called Tip Top k9, Norman came and explained everything and Jazz came and helped me trained Nina and I am very grateful and I really appreciate him for helping me with my baby. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, he knew Nina was my baby and he was very patient with me. Nina is now learning more commands, she is well behaved and we can now go on walks without her pulling or being so crazy! Thank you!

Couldn’t recommend Tip Top K9 training enough. They had our 7 month old mini bernedoodle for the house manners boarding training. We got him back and he was impeccable. Shoutout SADE!! she killed it with him. He is doing amazing. Jazz was incredible as well. Jazz taught me and my husband the commands with Dak. He was able to answer all and any questions we had! Our dog Beau was a complete disaster before training — jumping, pulling, ignoring commands, and running the house. Norman completely transformed him. From the very first session, it was clear that Norman knew exactly how to connect with both Beau and us as owners. He was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about Beau’s progress.
