Paws on Chicon

Utilized the $20 wash deal. Was provided with two kinds of dry brushes, a scrubbing brush, a head wrap for my dog (to dampen the dryer noise and protect her ears), and a drying towel. Also had access to 3 types of shampoos, 2 conditioners, and a dryer. All in a private room, which helped my dog be less stressed than at a typical groomer. Amazing and unique selection of food, healthy treats, toys, and gear. LQBTQ+ owned. Sometimes staff can be a little upselly though. Highly recommend.

This is my favorite Paws location and I have a lot of pets so we go at least twice a month. The selection of products is really diverse and great quality and their self dog wash stations are really well equipped and super helpful to bathe our fluffy husky! They have wash packages that you can purchase which are super helpful cause I can just walk in when there is an available wash and get my pup clean and that’s it since I purchased a wash package ahead of time! Everytime we go we get the BEST service from Drew, he is super friendly and very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about giving you the best information he can. He now knows us from all the times we go to the store and it’s always nice to be able to have a conversation on their new products/deals and his own pets whenever we visit the location!

Lots of nice product. There is an area for you to give your dog a bath. Lots of fun treats and toys as well as really cute birthday cakes and cookies!

Can’t recommend this place enough! This was the first pet store I visited after moving to Austin and have never had a bad experience. They are always very helpful and have great rewards programs. Recently went in after having some health issues with my dog and the team there was extremely helpful in recommending things that could help and explaining how so. They even provided some free samples for him to try and to top it off received this very thoughtful card in the mail. Will be a customer for life!

This place is such a great spot for self dog wash. Such an amazing and sweet staff, and my dogs have never enjoyed froyo until this place. Highly recommend getting the maple bacon flavor. They have 3 different shampoos and a conditioner, as well as a really easy to use and clean dog basin. It’s about $20 per dog which is quite reasonably priced considering all of the tools and soaps they have. Will def come here again if i stop in Austin again
