They listen, they acknowledge, they care. They do their best to accommodate you, and fit you in when you have an emergency. Clean environment. Extremely welcoming staff. It's like going to see family to take care of your family. I will say this over and over again. Extremely professional, friendly, and caring. It starts with answering the phone to leaving the appointment.

Let me preface this by saying we truly loved Dr. Felix, his wife, and Veronica. We own one dog and she knows one vet, and that’s Dr. Felix for the last 10+ years. What an absolute shame that our time together came to an abrupt end today. I place all blame on the receptionist he’s had over the last year or so and on Dr. Felix himself. Throughout our journey, we’ve been loyal and non-problematic, but this new receptionist has been lodging complaints on us recently claiming we are rude, and today Dr. Felix was willing to let our dog go as a patient based on the words of his receptionist with no opportunity for us to state our side. And based on other reviews, there are many folks like us who miss Veronica and are not fond of this new receptionist. Take a hint Dr. Felix, your clients aren’t the problem, there’s one common denominator, check your front desk. I went in office 2 days ago to pick up meds for my dog, receptionist was clueless and asked me to wait so she could speak to Dr. Felix to figure it out, I didn’t have an issue/display any form of attitude, sat and waited. She came back with meds, asked me for payment, gave me minimal directions for applying meds and I went about my way. Fast forward 2 days later, we’re on a call with Dr. Felix and he’s got a mouthful for us saying he’s received complaints from his receptionist TWICE now about us being rude and blah blah blah. As another reviewer mentioned, that receptionist is a manipulative LIAR. And the way this matter was handled showed no respect for our loyalty and was incredibly unprofessional. Not only did Dr. Felix lose my dog as a patient, he lost my sister’s as well. We will not be tolerating the lies, the disrespect, and the absolute lack of care. Proceed with caution before going here. Veronica was the BEST, the current devil at your front desk is going to run your business into the ground at the rate she’s going.

Great staff, short wait, great price, knowledgeable vet! I took my cat here (he was throwing up). The visit was quick the vet gave him a shot and some fluids, and we even got some medicine for my cat (basically kitty pepto). He was looking better in less then a hour as soon as we got home:) He fully recovered in a day or two. Thank you! I highly recommend them.

Dr.Escudero and his family have been looking after my boxer/pitt-rescue since we adopted him at the age of 1. Both Skiddish and aggressive with new people yet loving at home, Dr Escudero has shown his love for every furball with his patience and understanding. We thank you for taking care of our grumpy boy for more than 10yrs. Highly recommend 👌 🙏

Can not say enough good things about Dr. Felix and his staff at Bloomfield Animal Clinic totally professional and loving. Our pets always feel comfortable there and receive the best care!!
