Herbert Von King Park Dog Run

This is a pretty large and great dog park, you get to see so many different friendly dogs and sometimes you get to even meet some friendly people as well, It's not too busy so your dog will have plenty of place to run around, it's a nice safe area and a great park for yourself and your dog.

Good space to meet many owners and dog friends but for the dogs it is not great because there is mulch refreshed every so often and the dogs just eat the mulch half the time. The awning is sometimes missing at random times so there's not much shade in the small dog park. Generally people do keep it clean and pick up after their dogs though.

Alright this is the OG park for me and my dogs. I’ve been bringing Frida here since she was puppy and she’s now 13 years old. Over time they have retrofitted the dog park amazingly adding much needed area to large and small dog park. Along with water at will. I couldn’t be prouder!!

It's a spacious neighborhood park that has sprinklers and a play area for the kids. There's a designated BBQ area, a handball court, a baseball field, dog park, and an outdoor arena. The recreation center has reopened. There'sa publicrestroom, however, it's not the cleanest. The perimeter has been cleaned up. Also, there's usually a mobile unit for Covid testing parked outside.
