Excellent store with an amazing selection, everything a pet owner and wild bird enthusiast needs. Friendly owners and staff offering great customer service! Overall, a wonderful shopping experience...highly recommended!

Really great, helpful person working there when I went in for dog food. She was very friendly and personable, knowledgeable about the brands, their ingredients and prices! Although they had a very leaky roof, she made this a great experience for me. I will definitely recommend them.

The prices can be high at certain times of the year, however we live in Beaverton and there is NO OTHER pet store in this town. So I'm assuming the owners have to pay a lot for shipping just to keep their store open for all of us. I've met Azita in person, the manager and the wife of the owner. She's a lovely lady, a good mother and a respectable member of the community. She knows her stuff and she has connections with local dog-groomers and local dog-trainers, so if she ever can't answer your question- she will actually go out of her way and generously point you in the direction of someone who can. Beautiful family. Good quality products. I recommend.

Miserable staff. walked in asking for their cheapest large bag of dog food as I needed something quick just for the cottage and was served with rude customer service. lady with black hair was quick to judge and with a mean manner. she didn’t know any prices and was not trying to understand what I was asking for. I always walk into pet stores and get treated so nicely - what a rude place to walk into.

I walked into the store today with a large order for my community, we don’t live in Beaverton or have a pet supply store. There was a woman with a blonde ponytail on her phone. I looked around the store waiting for her to hang up from her personal conversation because she had a customer, I could hear both sides of the conversation even at the back of the store. She paid no attention to me even when I walked out. I will never give that store any business ever again! Need pet supplies? Go to Rens, excellent customer service, great sales and perks. My satisfaction is knowing how much business and money this place lost today. Spend your money where people appreciate your business. In answer to your response… I could hear her whole conversation and it had nothing to do with internet or any other business and even that is no excuse for ignoring a customer and no I won’t be returning ever.
