Great prices, freindly customer service

Absolutely ridiculous. This place is a complete waste of time. They don’t “run out” of product—they just don’t stock their shelves. I’ve come here over and over for a 40 lb rodent diet, and it’s never on the shelf. Not occasionally—consistently. That’s not a supply issue, that’s poor management. What makes it even worse is they literally have a warehouse right next door and still won’t bring product over to stock the store. Instead, they tell you to go drive another 30 miles to a different location—after you already made the trip. That’s beyond frustrating, it’s just lazy and shows zero respect for customers’ time. I’ve dealt with this month after month and nothing changes. No effort, no solutions, just excuses. If you actually need consistent feed, don’t rely on this place. They clearly can’t handle basic inventory or customer service.

The workers were very nice and attentive. Things were kind of expensive but everything seems high quality. Floor was kept clean and the sections were organized well. No complaints.

I found the product I was looking for, and the young lady was super nice . We were trying to find a harness for my puppy on top of the food needed by my Mona Lisa

Customer service is great! I got help right away , didn't know what was the most milk replacement for newborn chihuahuas, I'm sure coming back, excellent Customer service 👏
