PetSmart Grooming

I mostly have had a good experience with the Latham groomers. I suggest you pick a groomer that you like and try to stick with them so they can give you what you want and so your dog can get used to them too. I'm sure that it's hard job that not everyone can do so understand and can relate somewhat. My dog gets very matted if I go longer than 3 months between grooming and PS is pretty reasonable compared to some places. Thank you for doing a good job for me and shout-out to Missy for making Benny so handsome. ; )

They seem to be uneducated on how to groom properly. Stating a dog needs to be sedated to be groomed because of a little matting is absurd. Just say you’re not trained efficiently.

The staff was friendly and professional. They handled my dog well and were very efficient.

They treated my dog very well but the groomer did an awful job cutting my dogs hair. It was choppy and uneven. There were also a couple of strands that were visibly very long that I trimmed when I got home.

Treated my dramatic, anxious baby like she was the most special in the room! That has to be hard when you groom so many dogs everyday. They really understand that your pet is your family.
