Absolutely amazing staff and Vet. We needed a new vet and tried Lakeway via a family recommendation. She knew her stuff! She actually talked to me like a real human and with comfort and knowledge. She didn't judge my lack of knowledge on the care of my fur baby because our previous vet was extremely dismissive and never actually helped or explained how us pet owners can help him more all the time. Lakeway? Totally different. She took the time to figure out what the actual issue was with labs, gave my fur baby love throughout his visit, they custom mixed his meds right on the spot for me, and actually scheduled a follow up. Wonderful wonderful wonderful and I found the pricing to be amazing. I paid a deposit and a bit at checkout of course. My old vet? Visit would have been 300-400. Here? Not even 200. I wish I could give 10/10

Dr. Mason is extremely kind and works efficiently. She took care of my dog same day worked her in for a minor surgery with ease. Lakeway Vet is friendly and able to get my animals in within 24-48 hours when they need care.

What a great new vet. From the front staff to the office PA to the Doctor. The whole visit was smooth, enjoyable, and knowledgeable in pet care. It’s nice to know that you can find a new vet for our fur babies in Medford. Thanks for being the vet we were looking for.

We love the staff! They have helped us with all our animals large and small. Last minute or scheduled out they have taken care of our babies. They take the time to make sure we understand things clearly, have everything what we need, and follow ups are always quick and easy. 🙂

Dr. Mason at Lakeway has been our vet for 18 years. She has always been caring and knowledgeable. Through the years she’s helped us welcome new pets to our home, as well as been there for the difficult goodbyes. Her prices are fair and reasonable. I would recommend Lakeway to anyone who is looking for a vet and I have referred friends and family! Great place and kind people.
