The Paws Resort & Suites

Highly recommend the paws resort! They have treated me along with my dog so well, The owners are down to earth and Mallory is one of the nicest person you’ll ever meet! If you wanna safe and trusted place to bring your dog, this is definitely the one!

Not my favorite. We boarded our 2 dogs together, and it was their first time. I was very nervous. The staff didn’t give me a good feeling when looking at the room they would be staying in or upon picking them up. One of my dogs got very sick afterwards as well. Spent a huge vet bill after spending the boarding cost was a bit annoying. I asked multiple times to bring a blanket for one of my dogs that loves to snuggle, she said no repeatedly. I understand you have to have rules but not being able to bring a blanket is kind of ridiculous. We had access to the camera while away and I watched it the entire time. The first day they barely brought them outside, they waited 4 hours after me dropping them off. We also paid more for the extra playtime. The next couple days were better, just didn’t understand why the first day they waited that long. Overall just didn’t get a good vibe and I didn’t feel good about leaving them there. Will not be going back.

Nice Folks. They obviously understand animals, dogs, in our case. I knew a lady who I referred to as Sargent Sunday School. She was a great grandmother many times over. She seemed harsh, stern, almost rough, yet the kids loved her and were so well behaved in her classes. That’s the impression I get with the handlers at Paws. Tear off the bandaid, they take charge immediately, greet & get your pet to the back, ASAP to reduce separation anxiety. It’s best for everyone. Professional service. Then they are sweet as punch when we pick up. I think, they have an extremely well developed program. The charges are somewhat unclear on our receipt. They offer a wide variety of services. Overall, very pleased. Confident in their service. Will be back.

They groomed my Yorky and did an excellent job. She has back and hip problems and there was not a problem with that at all. She was not scared, and she loved her time there I highly recommend them.

Love love love this place. They always go above and beyond for our Sliver Standard Poodle and he can be a hot mess to deal with. 😂 I would recommend them to anyone!!!! 5 stars is not enough stars for them!!!! Just want to give a huge thank you to the staff. Winston loves y’all.🥰
