Took my new puppy in for his first public bath / groom experience. We loved it and will be back! Great socialization opportunity, everyone was so welcoming as soon as we came in the door, we used the mango shampoo and it smells so amazing, we were given a deshedder tool to use prior and it was awesome. Nice warm water and the blow dryer had adjustable settings so that my pup wasn't too scared of it when I kept it on low. After our bath we browsed through the store and ended up going home with about 10 new bones! The bones and treats in the store are definitely worth a drop in for! Even if you're not going for a pup bath or anything else, go for the amazing prices and selection of bones. Absolutely will be back!

Oh, how I wish they had this up where I live. I absolutely loved the cat room. There were so many types of freeze tried treats and wet food options that other pet stores don't have. The employees were helpful and kind.

What a fun and delightful little shop! All the staff were friendly and enjoyable to chat with, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the start. There was one older employee who seemed a bit grumpy at first, but after a quick “sniff test” and a few pets, he warmed up nicely (yes, I’m talking about the shop cat 😂). The cat room was a highlight, a free and fun experience that lets you interact with several adorable cats and even some playful kittens. It’s a perfect stop for animal lovers of all ages, especially if you have kids who adore animals. Highly recommend checking it out!

A great little shop in a nice area of Williamsburg! We went here specifically because they have this new Cat Cove which allows you to interact with adoptable cats from local shelters for free. You sign a waiver and are allowed in a room where they have such lovely places for the cats to climb and relax and hang out. You can buy treats from a vending machine and just hang out with the cats for 30 minutes or so. The store has a ton of great products for animals, and the staff was really nice and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back next time we are in Williamsburg
