(from Google)We moved to northern california six months ago. We are so glad to have found cha cha's .Wounderful staff and service. My dog who is uncomfortable around pet grooming was little nervous but completely comfortable with the groomer. Thank you cha cha. You will be our groomer going forward.
I was happy with the doggy day care Anakin went to before, but it was a bit out of my way at times. When I saw that Cha Cha Doggy Day Care was so close to home, I decided to give them a try—and I’m really glad I did. The first thing that stood out is how much the staff truly loves dogs. They have a 24-hour live video feed of multiple areas, and when you watch it, you can see how engaged and caring the handlers are with every dog. That kind of visibility and attention is rare and really reassuring. My Boston Terrier, Anakin, is treated with kindness and patience, and he’s always excited to go. They’ve taken the time to understand his personality, and it shows. Their spa services are also excellent—nail trims, ear cleaning, everything is done really well. He always comes back looking clean and very happy. If you want a place for your dog that feels personal, professional, and genuinely loving, I highly recommend Cha Cha’s.
I had a horrible outcome, I completely did not get what I asked for. I asked for my dogs hair to be trimmed showed measurements on the body of how much I wanted off and they cut all her hair off completely. Her cut looks botched, patchy and completely uneven. I am extremely dissatisfied of the haircut out come and the result of the outcome for accommodating the poor service. I even showed an inspo photo. The worst part of all I was told to pay for the groom before I was able to see the out come. Before photos and after are provided.
I brought my sweet dog to get groomed. I wanted shorter hair and showed them on a sample board. He really didn’t want to go in with them and kept trying to get to me. I felt terrible. They took him and called me 1.5 hours later. I came there and didn’t recognize him. He was practically bald and it was uneven in many places. Also he was knicked . I brought it all up and was basically blown off. Just like the one prior time I brought him there. I left in awe and the person who groomed him asked me if I wanted to put her down as his regular groomer. I was flabbergasted and just said sure. We got home and I looked closer and took pics and posted them and several of my friends couldn’t believe it and told me to complain. I never want to deal either them again. I just paid $85 to rob him of cuteness. At least it will grow back but that doesn’t make it right. See the photos attached. First what he always looked like and now.
I cannot recommend Cha Cha's highly enough. My dog, Penny, has been going to daycare for a couple of years now, and I continue to be impressed with the staff's enthusiasm and care for my girl. The minute she realizes where we're going, she'll start her happy vocalizations in the car, and as soon as we arrive, she is DRAGGING me through the front gate to go play with her friends. Something I really love about Cha Cha's is that the staff doesn't just sit there and observe the dogs - they actively engage with them - enrichment activities, snuggles, etc. It makes my heart so happy to see my pup so happy there. For me, having separate spaces for big and little dogs is a huge plus, as Penny is very nervous around high-energy/boisterous big dogs. The staff really goes above and beyond to make sure every dog is comfortable and well-taken-care-of. In addition to daycare, I've also used Cha Cha's boarding services and more recently, their grooming services, and have been really happy with all of it. While these services aren't "cheap," everything is priced competitively/reasonably and frankly, the care your dog will get is worth ten times what you're charged. And I feel good about supporting a small business that gives back to its community, supporting many of the same groups and organizations that I do. Bottom line: Penny and I love Cha Cha's and know you will too! ❤
