Dr. Unger if fabulous!! Very thorough in diagnosing my dog's ear infection. The staff are the best. They make sure Xena is comfortable with them before doing anything to her. Highly recommend the doctors here.

Vet was very caring.. she was patient and caring the whole time. She took my cat out thoroughly, very thoroughly. She let me know what to expect and what to do going forward. I really appreciate the services at Lake Villa Animal hospital. The chicken process was smooth and easy. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. I overall approve of the hospital for anybody that loves their animals.⁸

Everyone was really nice, accommodating, and answered all my questions. They never made me feel bad if I wasn’t doing something correctly. I also, LOVE their stress-free practices. My puppy didn’t seem too stressed out and she got lots of treats and cuddles.

I’m very comfortable with everyone there. They Love ❤️ so much on my Big Daughter Olive and take care of her so well. Dr. Under and Brittani are the Best !!!! Olive cries in the parking lot to go in and smiles the whole time while she is in there. Can’t wait to see her doctor !!

Bentley is a young pit bull I adopted from a shelter, and I took him to AHLV for an introductory exam and to discuss training and behavior so I can help him be a good dog. Their advice was helpful and positive and I left feeling good about everything.
