Konstruct Brewing

I met there for the first time yesterday with some friends. It’s a very pleasant place. I enjoyed a couple of their pale ales. Very tasty. I also got to taste a barrel-aged dark, which I would enjoy in a smaller pour. Good music, a good margherita pizza, good conversation, and very good beer.

We chose Konstruct for a company holiday party this year, and it was a fantastic venue! Andrea was great to work with throughout the planning process and the space itself was perfect to accommodate food and drinks for our group of about 50, even without having to open up the patio. We brought in an outside entertainment (casino) company which Konstruct was happy to work with. We also chose the custom beer labeling/bottling offer to make company-branded beer as giveaways, which was a hit. Thank you Andrea and Konstruct crew, we had a fantastic evening!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Konstruct Brewery is a true Fort Collins gem! Built from the ground up by two hardworking brothers with a passion for craft and community, this place delivers on every level. From the incredible selection of brews to a menu that surprises and delights well beyond beer, there’s something for everyone. The atmosphere is warm and stylish, with a beautiful outdoor patio and a calendar full of events—live music, trivia nights, and more. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, Konstruct is a must-see destination that brings fun, flavor, and heart to our neighborhood.

Finally!! A brewery where you can also get a good cocktail! The Moscow mule was great! I loved this place! The colors and decor are very pleasing. The atmosphere is casual and sophisticated. Their pizzas are wonderful and the GF crust is delicious!! Pretzel bites and sausage were also very good. The chips and queso were good, but for the price ($7 for a handful of chips), the portion was lacking and barely shareable! Staff was friendly and restroom was clean! They offered a game shelf and some fun swag. I also loved that they had regular tables, bar height tables and a more cozy couch option for seating. They also have a nice, large, east facing patio area with patio heaters. The one thing that would elevate the experience is to offer the Mules in copper mugs!

Overall, Konstruct was a nice experience. Getting to the bar to order is a little harder than it should be but the service was great. The food is as pricey as one should expect when you go to a brewery—almost $20 for a flatbread is a bit steep. I loved the patio and general vibe of the brewery, very family friendly. Here are my ratings for the beers: Spangler's Saison - 8/10 and best of the beers I tasted Sag Wagon Stout - 6/10, lacked the body of a stout Kraftsman Cream Ale - 5/10 creamy but severly lacked depth of flavor B-side Amber - 7/10 pretty standard and slightly bitter Raspi Sour - 7/10 good flavor but "big tartness" is wildly exaggerating. Think more "sippin pretty" when ordering this than "la folie"
