Rude man with no people skills. Addition in response to owner comments: I see now why the manager can act in such a manner, the unprofessional ethic of you speaks volumes the reality of your thinly guised threat. Rather than approaching with kind respect you'd rather attack. Hence the meaning of the initial review. A kind apology was all that was needed on part of your manager, but I see now that pride is a major issue. I double down on my initial review, seeing that the nature is deep seeded. All could have been avoided if only kindness would have been used in the initial interaction.

Great dog and cat supply store. Came here for the first time today. I will come back. Friendly customer service. There's a great assortment of stuff that I believe isn't commonly found in generic stores like PetSmart or Petco. 👍🏼 👍🏼

Great selection, great prices. Highly recommend joining their rewards program. I get my treats and bags of food free after you buy so many. I need the food anyways. Its a BONUS when they say, "oh this bag is free!" That is like $25 bucks.. love this place.
