(from Google)Kaleigh truly makes my dog comfortable and feel loved. And she’s also a great groomer! I’ve seen the other groomers and they also do a wonderful job. I would recommend your shop to families and Friends.
Beth, the groomer is AMAZING! She is a trusted professional for our pups. We have rescue dogs that were severely abused and she took for time to earn their trust. Because of her compassion, they have learned that grooming is not scary experience. We love her. If you need someone that truly loves her job and pets, please don’t hesitate asking for an appointment with Beth.
Always have a wonderful experience in this store. Staff and groomers are great. Olivia is really great with our large and anxious dog. She's willing to work with him and build the trust needed to get the job done. Not sure why Desiree felt the need to slander Olivia like that, we've had the complete opposite experience with Olivia! She is very knowledgeable, patient good with our dogs- especially our anxious one. We wouldn't take our dog to anyone else. Highly recommend Olivia or any of the wonderful groomers here. This location seems to keep groomers and stay busy seems like staff and clients are happy all around which is great and reassuring.
I usually post 5 star reviews but felt the need to share this one star experience. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, especially from the so called “manager,” Madison. (Same girl from the other one star review). It’s clear she hasn’t been taught the basic rule that the customer is always right — instead, she blames the customer. Sadly, she said she’s says she’s been a manager there 3 1/2 years, apparently has never been corrected on her skills. After reading other reviews, it seems negative feedback doesn’t make much difference here. My best advice to anyone reading this: please take your money somewhere else. To be completely clear on my initial review. 1-Star Review – Extremely Disappointing Experience I visited Pet Supplies Plus on Monday, November 24, 2025, around 2:15 PM to purchase an engraved name tag. After the tag was engraved, I accidentally dropped it and the small attachment ring. The area under the engraving machine was filthy, cluttered, and unmaintained, making it nearly impossible to retrieve the ring. The manager, Madison, who has been in her position 3½ years, was dismissive and unhelpful. She refused reasonable solutions, offered a flimsy replacement ring, and denied a refund. When I asked for better customer service, she blamed me for dropping the item and ignored my concerns about the store’s condition. Other employees were on their phones instead of maintaining the store. This level of service, combined with unclean, unsafe conditions and a manager unwilling to resolve a simple problem, is completely unacceptable. Post initial review: It is concerning that management has remained dismissive and unprofessional, siding with Madison, the manager, without first reviewing or listening to my account of the situation.
The WORST Pet Supplies Plus. I have never had such a bad experience at PSP. Manager was a petite girl with pretty black hair (i didn't catch her name). First I called her when I was 2 minutes away and they didn't close for another 10 minutes. I wanted to make sure I was fine to come and get the fancy crested gecko I for my daughter's birthday that I had already seen the day before and spoke to another manager that day. I begged her to let it be okay, and she did say she would allow it and then she hung up on me when I was trying to thank her. She was very rude and short with all of her comments through the phone call. When I got there I told her who I was and she told me I was gonna have to wait, rude again but I didn't mind waiting at all. She asked if I already had an enclosure and I did and showed her a picture and she said I did it wrong and she can't sell him to me and she didn't trust that I would take care of him correctly. I said I would buy anything that I was missing from them and she kept refusing. I explained to her that I've spent my whole life having been around reptiles and he would be very loved and cared for. But I ultimately left empty handed and heartbroken. She was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I then went to Petco in Mansfield and was able to purchase one along with all necessary extras and the manager, Hanna, was an absolute pleasure. I left there having spent $200 and with a very sweet and gorgeous orange fancy crested gecko and I'm so excited for daughter's birthday now. I will NEVER be going back to this PSP. Such a disappointing experience. EDIT: After I posted my comment I decided to read other low rating reviews and it seems this PSP has a reputation of unprofessional and rude behavior towards customers. I had assumed, and was apparently right, that this would be their reply. I would like to reiterate that i am very experienced with reptiles and have spent my entire life with them. The little guy I have now is absolutely gorgeous and so happy. I have since spent another $100 in gear and tech for his new home, including a smart hygrometer, to ensure his full safety and health. He has settled very well into handling and his habitat and is very comfortable with me and very well loved. He eats his treats, his tail is intact and he sits very still when I reach for him. I have done much research on this type of reptile, as this is not one i have had yet. I also have a larger tank than the one they have on display for theirs and my baby i got was younger and about half the size. It's no wonder they had the one i wanted for so long that they had him marked down to 50% off. I'm going to post a picture of theirs that I desperately wanted and my sweet orange baby i ended up with after all.
