(from Google)Always a great experience. Every staff member I've interacted with is kind and helpful. They get us in and out with care each visit, we love Eastside!
Eastside Animal Clinic is truly a 10/10. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a clinic that genuinely cares for and loves your animals like their own. They take amazing care of my sweet boy Milo and my sister girl Fefe—everyone is incredibly kind, patient, and gentle, which makes such a difference. The staff is always welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable, and you can tell they’re passionate about what they do. From the moment you walk in, you feel confident your pets are in great hands. They truly check every box you’d want in a veterinary clinic.
Very kind and patient staff all the way around. I needed help with handling my pup because of physical issues and didn't feel like a burden at all. The prices are reasonable and broken down so you understand ahead of time what is happening. They listened to my rambling and were very professonal in every way. My dog and I both felt comfortable with this place. At least thats what I think my dog would say if she spoke english.
We’ve always had excellent care at Eastside. From the front desk staff, to the techs and the doctors, our yorkie Diesel has always been treated so sweetly. The docs always give caring, considerate, and educated feedback on his health and care plan. We appreciate this staff so much.
We moved from one side of the state to the other leaving behind the only vet my babies have known. I was worried. The first time I took a couple of my babies I was impressed. Everything was explained. Medications were explained. We weren’t rushed through the visit. The app they have is convenient. I request a refill or need an appointment with the vet and I get verification fast. My babies like going to them and that’s a good thing for them. My dog passed away November 7th of this year. I had to have him put to sleep at east side. I’ve had to do this with previous pets at our previous vet and it went smooth and peaceful. It was traumatic at east side. There is a ptsd from that event. I haven’t been back but in time I will. They are great vets but when that time comes for one of my dogs I will drive the 3 and a half hours to their vet there to have it done
