Poochie's Pet Club Pet Grooming

I just moved here last year and was looking for a new groomer, They almost KILLED my Australian Shepherd. She had ingested something toxic in their care and I had to rush her to the vet. I tried calling them right away and didn’t get a response until the following morning. I had no sleep and emotional trying to make sure my dog stayed alive and the owner while apologizing and cussing up a storm telling me any and every excuse that “they didn’t do it”. Mind you, my dog is well behaved and very experienced with groomers. We’ve never had an issue prior. They even blamed it on my lawn care as if this had anything to do with it. I’ve never EVER experienced anything like this and Sarah Cooper never once taken responsibility or bothered to make things right or pay the vet bill for her care. They’ve forever broken my trust and lost me as a client.

Staff is great, prices are reasonable, results amazing! They did such a nice job with our Alaskan Malamute, and he was so happy afterwards! So glad we found this place, will definitely be back.

Poochie's is the only place I trust to care for my babies. I tried other places around Visalia but my dogs were stressed when I picked them up. Knowing that my dogs are taken care of and happy when I pick them up is priceless.
