Westfield Veterinary Group

I adopted a cat a few years ago. She is very, very timid. She is scared of the carrier and she wouldn’t go into a crate to eat. I spoke to a woman who was very unpleasant. I explained that I was having trouble getting my cat into the carrier , she told me I can be late 10 mins, but that’s it. Honestly, she was mean. My cat needed to be seen, but she didn’t seem to understand. No empathy. I called the East Brunswick Animal Hospital. They were very busy, but were so kind. I was told that if I couldn’t catch her, to call and they would reschedule me. Last night I had a 6:30 appointment but they told me I could bring her in up to 7:30pm. I was able to get her there before they closed. She was seen, labs were done, nails were cut and she looks much better today, just waiting for lab results. Take notes Westfield Vet Group. I wouldn’t let the mean lady answer the phone anymore. She’s chasing away customers.

Westfield Vet Group is a joke. Amanda at the Westfield location is rude, unkind, and argumentative. Call/Visit and you'll see! She cannot help herself. My pet is not well and instead of expressing sincere compassion and patience, she rushes you off the phone and has the worst attitude. When in customer service you ought to appreciate the business which gives you a job, move past personal biases because you have a job to do. Pet lovers, do your research, don't be phased by the fake reviews which flood negative ones to keep their stars above 4.5! Once you see consistency in the negative reviews, you know it's true. Customer service is the face of this company but with the lack of professionalism, I do not trust my pets in their care. Now if Westfield Veterinary Group is hiring individuals through a Diversity Inclusion Initiative, warn customers of impending rudeness. And yes Westfield, when you read this, you will not recognize the email. I don't trust your staff with my babies.

I am from out of town and so grateful to Westfield Veterinary Group for fitting Kobe in on such short notice. Dr. Lindsay was wonderful, very thorough and followed up with us the next day. Great experience. Thank You!

When we get out of the car my dog runs right to the door walks in to greet everyone, furry,floofyand human friends alike. She knows everyone is kind, sweet and caring. She is happy to visit. I am always pleased with regular visits and sick visits. We come regularly for nail trimming. Every vet tech, every doctor we have worked with are gently caring to my dog. They are knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions for her care, diet, nutrition and ongoing care for a Giant Breed, Bernese Mountain Dog. Wish they treated humans. Love this place.

Came here with my sick rabbit. I was able to get an appointment the same day. There’s not too many exotic veterinary clinics in the area. The nurse and vet were very knowledgeable and kind to my bunny. I got a proper care treatment and medication. After a few days, he’s already feeling so much better! :)
