My dog accidentally got stuck on a glue trap, and I immediately called Mario. He didn’t hesitate for a second and told me to come right in. Mario took amazing care of my dog. The space is completely open, you can see your dog the entire time, nothing is hidden behind glass or closed doors, which made me feel so comfortable and reassured. He was incredibly gentle, and it was very clear he has years of experience. Thank you, Mario. I’m certain I’ll be back again and again!

This groomer is the BEST! I have a small yorkie who was injured twice by another groomer who is down the road on Long Rdige Rd. and this place is so caring so professional and gives the best grooms I’ve ever had with my dog.. I highly recommend Dog Man!! A VERY SATISFIED customer!!

My big boy ghost a Siberian husky had his grooming appointment thank you so much we are very happy with the results, we moved from Norwalk to Stamford and were looking to find a local groomer !! And are very satisfied thanks again .

Phenomenal service!! Mario is awesome. Service was absolutely outstanding, from first communication while scheduling, to drop off and to pick up. And the cut was so on point. Mario only attends to one dog at a time, which makes it stress free and an exclusive experience for our little four legged friends. Now, our experience: Starting with Shirley, she is as nice as they come when booking, so helpful and knowledgeable. Then upon arrival at the shop, the place smells wonderful and clean & it feels very welcoming, unlike many of the other competitors out there. And then, Mario jumps in. He is as calm as they come, our Valentino loved his chilled energy and felt right at home. For the first time, no shaking when being dropped off. Mario took him, pet him and he felt totally comfortable the entire time. What an awesome experience & peace of mind. We’ve had dogs for over 15 years now and this was honestly the first time we actually felt comfortable dropping our little guy off and did not think twice about it before leaving. I cannot recommend Mario and his shop enough!!! Tips: Whole Foods is across the street. Quick bites near by, Lakeside Diner, Pepe’s Pizza and Rooster Ready down the street (they their cones!)
