916 Aquatics

First time stopping by in this store and I'm very impressed. The store is located towards the back of the lot with body shops around them. I walked in and I was surprised on the amount of discus and flowerhorns that they carry. This is actually the first store I've seen that has flowerhorns and they have rows of them. All nice looking fish, too. They also have plenty of betta fish, too. All in all, a very nice store if you're a flowerhorn, discus, or betta lover.

I heard about 916Aquatics on YouTube! And saw they had a verity of Flowerhorns. After doing a little research I decided to buy some Flowerhorn fry and a Flowerhorn. I’m a nervous person when it comes to shipping fish and I shot over a few questions. I didn’t get any answers. I get it they might of felt like I was doubting them. I just had never ordered from them and I didn’t know about them till the YouTube show. And just wanted some info on shipping since it’s was going to be -5 where I live. And the end of the day I received my package and they did a fantastic job with the packaging the fish arrived lively and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend 916Aquatics hands down. We ordered a King Kamfa flowerhorn about 10 months ago, we specifically asked that he NOT be a short body, he is exactly that. Sadly that means that normally they have a shorter life span and they are not the most “comfortable” We love him very much and will definitely go out of our way to keep him healthy and alive for as long as possible. That’s the only gripe that we have with them otherwise very good communication, we had step by step notifications on his overnight whereabouts, and he came in decent condition, a little cold and obviously in shock, a little extra TLC and he was on his way. This is our baby boy Juan.

took this little guy home with me today and i had to model him. 916 Aquatics never disappoint with their variety of bettas that are reasonably priced. just wished they had more aquatic species.

I just wanted to say how awesome Julie and Luke are for what they bring to the fish community. I’ve placed 4 orders with them and this is the best place to buy fish anywhere. They import direct and I often see how excited Julie is for her new fish. I’ve also seen how much effort she puts in to keep her customers happy, it’s very impressive! I‘ve had a Golden Base pair and currently have a Take 5 Kamfa and Kamfamalau pair that I got from fry. I’m so excited about the combo if the male is fertile. Next up I’m going to try SRD x Super Red Syne, Golden Base x Super Red Syne and SRD x Golden Base. So far I’ve had eggs and breeding but no viable fry yet. Hopefully soon. They call Julie the “Queen of Flowerhorn” it’s a well deserved name!
