VCA PetPoint Medical Center and Resort

This was our first time visiting with our very skittish guy. Absolutely everyone was amazing and the Doctor blew us away with her care and patience. We will be returning. Thank you! 🙏

Love this place! I’ve been bringing my pets here since Dr. Kathy first opened the practice years ago, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. When I heard they were being bought by a large corporation, I worried the service and atmosphere might change — but it hasn’t. It’s clear there are many unsung heroes behind the scenes working hard to ensure that loyalty to the parent company never comes at the expense of the personal care they’ve always provided. Huge kudos to both VCA and the staff for preserving the warmth, professionalism, and unique atmosphere that have always set this clinic apart. I’m constantly amazed that everyone seems to remember my dogs' names, especially knowing how many “fur babies” walk through their doors every day. A special shout-out to Heaven (Front Office Manager) and Ashley (Tech Supervisor), who always take the time to greet me with a smile and help with anything I need — no matter how big or small. I wish I could name everyone, from the doctors to the support staff in every department — they are truly angels. Highly recommend this practice.

Every doctor we've seen over the last 10 years has been great. Our girl, one of the first 50 patients Dr Wentworth had when she opened, is getting up in age and just had a fairly major procedure. The attending vet was so kind and thorough, as well as the wonderful technicians and front desk. It does seem like everything is expensive but the itemized receipts make sense. Clean, cute, thorough. Absolutely recommend.

They were nice and caring. I went to vca while I was in Boston and glad to stay w them when I moved here. The first time visit fee was FREE！And they gave us free toy and one deworm supply as well❤️

We have been with PetPoint since we have been in Orange County. I can say with utmost confidence and reverence that they have been consistently reliable and consistently helped my partner and I navigate the many hurdles of adopting a husky puppy. He was attacked by another dog requiring emergency surgery at four months old, then he ate an entire Costco bag of chips containing a high amount of onion and garlic requiring his stomach pumped, and most recently he got fleas while on vacation. (Shout out to Kristen and her incredible patience as she tried every possible way to get us a flea medication prescription while traveling down the coast so we could keep them out of the house). PetPoint, each time, has shown an incredibly calm, stable, and informative demeanor and done everything within their power to make sure Blue came out of each experience for the better. They are also fully transparent about each procedure and coinciding pricing as well as professional recommendations for the situation. I cannot give more accolades to their reliable and informative services and only hope when I do have actual children, I can find human doctors that will prove to be as amazing as PetPoint has been.
