Pet Supplies Plus Orland Park

Neuroableism is something that needs to be taken seriously in our society and claiming circumstances as such takes away the essence of awareness for another ignorant bias. As a company that is meant to serve the upmost amount of respect and friendliness for pets and their parents, it is beyond upsetting and disgusting to learn that not only did you not take accountability for an associate who has had complaints in the past, but to accuse and deny a customer who felt threatened during her service. There is a vastly greater difference between a woman making unkind accusations and a woman who was dealing with an associate who was both verbally and physically irritated to be assisting a customer. It is the lack of accountability and acknowledgment of how the situation should’ve been handled. I would hope you plan to make this right.

Horrible customer service. An aggressive employee removed a motor from a rack for a blow dryer in a threatening manner, frightening my mother and young niece. They had to jump out of the way so they didn’t get crushed by the equipment. Although neither the manager nor another employee witnessed the incident, they immediately defended him. My mother had only come in to bathe her small dog and left feeling attacked and unsafe. Our family will never return to Pet Supplies Plus.

I buy cat food from here, and the store is always in good, clean condition. I never see the employees just standing around, they always keep busy with restocking, tidying shelves, sweeping floors, etc. Good for you guys! They always offer help when they see me shopping too. Everyone in the retail side of the store is great

Jessica the supervisor at the Orland Park store is worthy of my recommendation for being very diligent and helpful with my pet needs. She went above and beyond her responsibilities to make sure I was satisfied with the purchased I needed for my cat. She was very professional and kind. It was a very enjoyable experience to visit her store. I look forward to my next visit to this friendly atmosphere at Pet Supplies Plus Orland Park.

We love the self service dog wash. Otis has gotten so used to it that he jumps into the area after his collar and harness are off. He loves trying to bite the air coming out of the blower. It’s always clean and the employees are very courteous.
