Jackie's Play & Stay

I was extremely nervous leaving Nola in someone else’s care but without a doubt Angel has completely put me at ease. We just started taking Nola about a month ago and she super nervous. Both last week and today, Nola went straight to him…tail wagging and so excited!!! That pretty much says everything. It brings me so much comfort knowing she’s loved and well taken care of. You can truly see Angel’s passion for dogs…Jackie’s Play and Stay is incredibly lucky to have him on their team. I love the pictures and videos. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my Nola.

Jackie’s is so good for my anxious dog. She is always excited to go, has a great time, and sleeps like a log after she comes home. I can count on them to bathe her when I am busy, and the online scheduling tool makes adding additional services simple and straightforward. When we had a situation that required us to board our dog unexpectedly the folks at Jackie’s helped us handle the reservation process, checked in with us, and sent pictures of our dog so we could see how well she was doing while we were away. I can confidently recommend their services to other dog owners.

JPS came through for my pups when I needed last minute boarding over the holidays. Staff was helpful and responsive getting my dogs in quickly for an evaluation. They took such good care of my dogs and sent updates consistently. When my flight was delayed they were so understanding and worked with me on pick up. My dogs came home happy and smelling great! Usually after boarding my dogs are stinky, but not with JPS! I’m typing this after having picked up my dogs earlier today and they’re snoozing away after what I’m sure was a fun holiday for them. Not even sure they missed me to be honest. I wish I would’ve discovered JPS sooner. My dogs will be back for daycare in the new year. I’m so thrilled to have found this place! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and our dog immediately loved his greeters. They send you report cards and photos as well which put me more at ease leaving him somewhere new, and our dog was so happy and tired when we picked him up. Thank you all so much for taking great care of Rooster ❤️

Mannie & Lulu are so loved and well cared for when they go to play for the day or board. Over time, my appreciation has grown, for such kind folks that work at Jackie’s. Angel will always tell us something about the dogs he enjoyed and is so professional and thoughtful. They come home happy from a day of play every time.
