This place is amazing. All different kinds of birds and supplies that you would need for a bird. The staff I talk to. My apologies, I've forgot his name was very helpful. Very knowledgeable . He helped me in my father-in-law with all the questions We had asked about the birds that my father-in-law wanted info on before purchasing a bird. He wants to get it later in time. Once again, this place is awesome. Definitely recommended it

We have been bringing Dutch here for his nails and beak since we got him. He is an ESA and saved a life already. Sadly a Feral cat busted through our screen door and plucked him out of his tree in the dining room! Thank God my wife heard him screaming for his life from the jaws of death! She chased the cat out side and tackled him to extract Dutch from his mouth. $3500 later we had to amputate his broken wing. The cones that are available did not work and we were very stressed out to keep him from getting to the wound. After calling all the bird stores in town AZ Birds said they would help if I came in and let me say, Best Ever Help! Better than the Vet even! Jackie sat with us until she figured out the best solution. A trimmed pool noodle with a sock bandage over it made to fit his tiny neck. So amazing the help they gave us and I could not be more pleased. I have had to change the sock a couple times but still working amazing and he can walk around, eat and drink freely. Thank you to the entire staff and if you need a bird or help with a bird I can say they should be your only stop… Dutch, Rick and Ales

This shop does not prioritize the wellbeing of the animals they are trusted to care for. I recently started coming to this shop for food and grooming needs for my parrot, and today they traumatized and harmed my baby while attempting what should have been a simple nail trimming. He was handled roughly and let out sounds that he's never made before (he is 8 years old and never had an issue with a groomer.) During the procedure the employee insisted that he was only being a drama queen, and returned him to his carrier with his foot dripping blood. Upon asking for medical care for the bird, the employee seemed unbothered and asked someone else to take care of it. I am writing this to warn parrot parents who are considering bringing their babies into this establishment.

I don't own any exotic birds, but i used to. I like to come here sometimes and just hang out with them. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a great selection of birds and bird accessories.

When it comes to a bird store this one is one of the best. I never had a bad experience here with grooming. I suggest going to a rescue like Valley Wide Parrot rescue before you buy a bird from a store but if you can't find what you want at the rescue buy your bird from here. The owner takes the babies home and spends time with them so they are very tame. They check in with you and make sure the bird is putting on weight. They know what they are talking about and are not rude to kids when you bring your kids with you. Yes there are certain stores in North Phoenix that are mean and very rude so don't let one bad experience stop you from owning a bird.
