The store manager is amazing extremely friendly. The staffed helped me and I walked out not feeling like a number but family. That was probably the best experience I had at a Petco especially when it came to the engagement with my fur baby and the staff. I wanted to spend and I felt valued.

brought my dog Muffin to Petco for grooming with Deanna, and she did an amazing job! She took the time to address all of my concerns before getting started and made sure Muffin was comfortable throughout the process. Deanna was able to get rid of all the matting and left Muffin looking and feeling great! I really appreciated her communication and professionalism. You can tell she takes her work seriously and truly cares about the pets she grooms. Thank you so much, Deanna! 🐾💖

Devon is very kind and caring, he clearly loves animals. He took such good care of our Senior Rosie girl for her bath. She has arthritis and he has experience with physical therapy and dogs with her condition. He even went the extra mile and gave her arthritic back leg a massage. I’ve never seen her so happy after a grooming! Thank you Devon!

I normally shop at PetSmart, but after my experience with Maddy at the Petco in West Orange, NJ, my money will always go to Petco for all my fish needs. On Monday around 9:30 a.m., I went to this location (Transaction #136477), and this was my very first encounter with someone who actually took the time to educate me so that my fish tank experience could be rewarding. Maddy was incredibly sweet and patient. She answered all of my questions ,even when I wasn’t making a purchase. I originally came in to buy a water filter for my 50-gallon fish tank. She started by showing me the best option, but I admitted I didn’t want to spend that much. Instead of brushing me off, she explained the differences and benefits between the filters. Her knowledge helped me realize that the option she recommended made the most sense in the long run. I also asked her other fish-related questions, and she gave me advice that I had never received at PetSmart. She really educated me on how to care for my fish so they can have a long-lasting life, which I truly appreciated. Even though I could see that she was busy fulfilling orders, she never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She didn’t rush through my questions , she cared enough to help me thoroughly. Although my interaction with Maddy was brief, it was impactful. She is truly a gem, and I’m grateful for the time she spent with me. Because of her, I’ll be shopping exclusively at Petco from now on.

Always a one stop favorite shop for my bearded dragons. They were both purchased here too. They are the loves of mine and my daughter's lives. I also love the staff there ... Very helpful and professional.
