(from Google)I have used Spring Valley Veterinary Hospital East for years and always received excellent care for my dogs. They are knowledgeable, friendly and caring whether you are there for an emergency, yearly check up or just picking up medicine. I highly recommend.
I have four animals, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 3 of the 4 are seniors and the 4th is special needs so having a veterinarian who is available, reliable, and professional is extremely important to me. This is that place. The entire team is amazing—kind, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Dr. Berlin is excellent and is who I typically see, but I have had only positive experiences with everyone in the practice. They truly care, they call back when they say they will, and they are thorough in their care and communication. I highly recommend them. As for pricing, they are not inexpensive. But honestly, I don't know many places that are these days. For me, the quality of care, professionalism, and peace of mind make it money well spent.
My husband and I were very impressed by the attention and professionalism of everyone. We were scheduled at the west location to start our boy on laser treatments. Their laser was down so they directed us to the Enterprise location. We walked into a packed waiting area. I was already thinking that this was going to be stressful. After hearing how lovely the front desk was being with everyone, going as fast as they could but also caring, and taking the time to listen. It was refreshing to witness, we did have a long wait but they have drinks and snacks which helped. The techs were great and Dr Berlin was so nice. They are not our primary vet, I was expecting for them to do the treatment and send us on our way. Nope Dr Berlin took the time to look at our boys history, explain what to and not to expect after the laser treatment. They also offered to evaluate our boys new med but we forgot the MG which the Dr said to call it in if we'd like. Just blown away and will most likely be transferring our care to Spring Valley.
I brought him in for allergy shot and they did a dental exam on him. The last 2 times they did this they said he had loose teeth that needed to be removed. My sister is a vet tech and I had her check his teeth and they were not loose. This time they said all his teeth needed was a good cleaning. I think there is one vet who's trying to get extra services that aren't needed. Luckily this time I got one that told the truth. The vet tech was wonderful though. She picked Baxter up because he won't walk back there. Her attitude was great and she had a sweet personality.
Ripley is always taken care of at Spring Valley East veterinary clinic. The doctors and vet techs and front office staff are always friendly. (Even when I get cranky) She feels sooo much better after visiting Spring Valley East! Had to bring our grand pup (Satya) in for gastro issues. Staff was awesome. Front desk is always wonderful. I got the side eye from the kennel. Grandma shoulda be given some slack. Ripley is very lucky to have Spring Valley Vet techs taking care of her. Always leaves feeling better. Ripley is the queen of shivering EVERY SINGLE TIME we go to Spring Valley East and the clinic’s techs are so understanding. I won’t take her to any other vet because of how good the techs and drs are toward Ripley. Ripley loves her vet techs. They all give her the attention she needs.
