(from Google)Short section of beach for pups to play and splash in the gulf. Our boy had a great time playing in the waves! There is a small dog park attached with a water hose to wash sand off of the dogs.
We loved the leash free beach for our golden doodle. Great shells and bring nets to look for shark teeth. We found about 10! Things to remember: bring water for your dog, sand gets hot so be prepared to cover your pets feet for the sand or sidewalk.
What a wonderful place to bring your dog! They run free, playing and enjoying the freedom and some daring to frolick in the water. Awesome!!
A great place! When you are visiting on the Gulf Shores there are no dog friendly beaches. Thank goodness we found this one.
This place is absolutely awesome. There is a small dog park that’s completely fenced in, but there’s also a dog beach. Both are fantastic. As soon as you get in the dog park, you can let your dog off leash, and it is safe and fenced from there to the beach. Every time I have visited it has been stocked with bags, has clean, trash, cans, and there’s water as well— both for drinking and washing your dog. For humans, there’s a restroom facility right next to the dog park. Excellent dog park.
