Everyone here is really friendly and knowledgeable. Probably the most knowledgeable pet store I've been too. Specifically, David always goes the extra mile from carrying bags to pointing out where the best deals currently are.

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they truly love animals. My dog gets so excited every time we walk in and is obsessed with all the attention and treats. It feels good supporting a local spot that genuinely cares about pets and their people. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff! They’re so nice and helpful. I’m very particular about the types of bones I give my dog, and they helped me find the perfect one — my dog loves it, it doesn’t smell, and it doesn’t leave residue all over the floor. They even gave me some free food samples for her to try (which she loved), and I’m probably going to switch to that food now.

Went in with my new puppy today, and they have an amazing program set up that if you adopted a new pet and go in they will set you up with a pet food starter kit! I received very welcoming customer service from the moment I walked it, who doesn’t love a cute puppy of course. They were very knowledgeable on pet foods and overall pet health! They really set me up for a great start with my new little pup! I do already shop here for my other dog Finn, but it was still above and beyond customer service that I was grateful to have with the stress of a new puppy! 🐶

We’ve been counting down the days until their Easton Park location opened and it was worth the wait!! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through the best food options for our sweet girl dog. SO many more toys than the other local pet store chain. They had samples for us to try, a water bowl for our pup, and we grabbed some treats at their raw treat bar! We can’t wait to try to dog wash and will be back again super soon.
