Best gym in San Angelo hands down. Owner and customers are all very kind and community oriented with multiple events throughout the year. Price is very good, and it’s oriented towards actual lifters, not just another commercial gym. And there’s gym pups that greet you to top it off

I just came for a day trip with my bestfriend and absolutely LOVED this place amazing atmosphere and I hit a PR in bench that I have been struggling at my hometown gym like come on!!! The vibes are IMMACULATE!✨ felt sooo comfortable here! 100/10 recommend! 🤟🏽🙂‍↕️

Great Gym and Environment! Enjoy the way it’s setup and how it has 4 different rooms and always enough equipment. Has plenty of supplements! Highly recommended.

I had the absolute pleasure of being a member at The Bar while living in San Angelo for a short time. A local recommended it to me, and I’m so glad they did. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I belonged. The members were welcoming, and the owner, Tommy, greeted me with genuine kindness. As a mom with a crazy schedule, I could only make it to the gym super early or really late. I was a little uneasy about being there in the dark since there weren’t any blinds. I brought it up to Tommy, and without hesitation, he ordered and installed them. That small act meant so much—it made me feel seen, safe, and cared for. The gym itself is amazing—plenty of equipment, always clean, and has everything you need for a solid workout. But what makes this place truly special is Tommy and his trainers. They are not only kind and thoughtful, but also incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Tommy really takes pride in the gym and the community he’s built. I’m honestly so grateful I found this place during my time in San Angelo. If you’re looking for a gym where you feel supported, empowered, and part of something real—The Bar Athletic Club & Supplement is it.
