Got Vetco shots for my dog here. The doctors and their assistants are always professional and speak with clarity. I highly recommend their services.

This particular location had been my favorite Petco store to bring my dogs for their grooming as well as pick up their food and treats for years but my goodness smh 🤦🏻‍♀️ I don’t know what happened. On three multiple occasions their grooming appointments were canceled due to the groomer not showing up. Today I showed up again and was notified right as I was attempting to check my dogs in that their groomer wasn’t going to be in. This caused a huge inconvenience as I was on my way to an important appointment and didn’t plan on having to drive all the way back home to drop them off. I was late to my appointment and very frustrated. I will no longer be coming here for anything and am extremely disappointed in the decline of this locations integrity and customer care.

The dog training classes are great, Mitch is a wonderful trainer! They have a lot of of different things for lots of different animals, I only need to worry about the dog stuff, but they have me taken care of. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

If I could give no stars I would. This place has a bird that has been there for over a year at am astronomical price. This poor bird needs and deserves a good loving home. It is cruel to profit off a living creature who is clearly being mistreated. You should let the price do he gets a good home or better yet adopt him out. Ya'll are spending more money feeding and housing him for this long than you would make selling him. I'm disgusted and hope other people complain as well
