Like many reviews mentioned here. I do absolutely feel scammed. I called & I was told cost of the $55 exam then told they will probably need to do blood work but it isn't definite. I asked how much blood work was & they said dr will have to tell me when I got there. I get there & after exam was told the only way to get the diagnosis I needed was to pay $280 for blood work.(i already knew what was wrong just need an official diagnosis for emancipet to do surgery for the pyometra a life threatening infection!) After I told them I couldn't pay that today i was practically thrown out & not even told how the exam went, what my cat's temperature, weight, or general physical state of health was. Just dismissed & given the bill for an exam for absolutely nothing. I did get my cat taken care of today by APA at no cost after I explain what this vet clinic put us through. The receptionist are great, the nurse was great, the vet was trash! Unfortunately she ruined the entire experience. I expected a lot more empathy! Oh not to mention the $30 mandatory rabies shot wasn't so mandatory when I said I'd rather just get it from emancipet for free because thats where I plan on taking her for sugery. Also, prior to demanding the blood work the dr came in to ask me "oh so shes having vaginal discharge?". I respond "yes it started after her last heat cycle 3 days ago". The dr responds sarcastically "yea thats not how their periods work". DUHHH!! I literally told the receptionist when making the appointment and the nurse she has pyometra!! I just need your freaking diagnosis to get her surgery & these people try to charge me more for blood work than the actual surgery with emancipet! Incompetence at it's finest. Not animal ppl! Any animal lover would've gave me the diagnosis to save my kittens life! Obviously she had pyometra!!

Don’t bring your cat here. These are not cat people. The vet tech literally reached in suddenly to grab my cat from his crate. Ok this is Cat 101. You don’t do this to a healthy cat, and you definitely don’t do this to a struggling cat. The vet also didn’t seem confident or comfortable dealing with a cat. She basically said it had been a long time since she treated a senior cat. All around bad experience for myself and my cat. If you wanna save yourself a mild-moderate case of PTSD-don’t come here with your poor kitty.

Scammers :) will lie about the cost over the phone and then charge you double when you go to check out. Staff is incompetent and rude as well. Do not take your pets here, I think hundreds of bad reviews should be a hint to anyone thinking about coming here. I wish I would’ve read them before I spent hundreds for a simple visit. Then was quoted nearly $1,000 for the next visit. lol math was NOT mathing.

The drive for me and dog (prince) is far! But it is worth the drive! Dr. Wadhwani is amazing and extremely professional! My pup was extremely ill and she brought him back to life. Senior dog prince was slow and now he is like a newborn puppy 🐶 running around and galloping and doing Zumiez’s and snoodling and has a great appetite! I appreciate her 100 %! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Savita and her team did a good job helping me navigate my older dog's health problems. His treatments seemed to have helped him and he doesn't have an infection anymore. I'm not even sure he knows what happened! Anyways he's back to his old self and chasing after squirrels again. And I'm happy I chose Wells Branch. Also, their prices are very reasonable.
