Bo Nose K9 Training, Daycare and Boarding

I used Bo-Nose for training, which was great, but my girl was so happy going there that we letting her go to daycare once a week now just for fun!! ❤️

DO NOT USE!! Terrible customer service I do not recommend at all.Unless you enjoy her telling you what a bad owner you are then call. All owners need training they just don’t need to reprimanded from the first call. She has no manners or politeness or customer skills what so ever. She was my 3rd K9 trainer I called all were so sweet and understanding. This woman is cruel, wouldn’t take my dog there if she paid me. Do your research, there are very nice trainers out there. Call them instead.

My dog was boarded here for six days. At drop-off, I clearly reiterated that he requires four medications, emphasizing that they are extremely important — especially one medication that is life-sustaining due to his diagnosis of Congestive Heart Failure. I explained this directly to a staff member (not Crystal), ensuring they understood the critical nature of his care. Unfortunately, there were three full days during his stay in which he did not receive the correct dosage of his medications. Additionally, email communication was very slow. While I understand that it is the Christmas season, this is still a professional business responsible for the care and wellbeing of animals. I also requested to view my dog’s living quarters, but that request was quickly redirected and not accommodated due to the holiday season. This review is not written to tarnish the business, but rather to constructively address what occurred and to help raise awareness so that future situations can be prevented.

We can’t say enough great things about Crystal and Brianna at Bo Nose K-9 Training! Our 6-month-old puppy, Koda, just finished the 3-week board-and-train program, and we are absolutely floored by the transformation. In just three short (though it felt much longer for us!) weeks, they turned our wild, energetic pup into a calm, confident, and well-mannered companion. Koda came home with a whole new level of focus, obedience, and self-control — and we finally have the tools to keep building on everything he’s learned. The level of care, professionalism, and love they show each dog is unmatched. You can tell they truly understand canine behavior and treat every dog as if it were their own. There’s no other place I would ever trust with my dogs again. Hats off to Crystal and Brianna — you’ve genuinely changed our daily life with Koda for the better. Thank you for all that you do!

We boarded our 3 German Shepherds at Bo Nose for 3 nights. I was so happy to find a place that could board my 2 intact females, because it can be very difficult to find. My girls, Sierra, Indigo, and Echo, were all happy when we picked them up. Crystal said they were welcome back anytime and they had lots of fun. We asked to have their nails trimmed and they were able to provide that service as well! Very pleased we will definitely use BoNose again and highy recommend them to others.
