Pet Supermarket

Sydney was very kind, helpful, patient, and informative. We just adopted a cat with some tummy issues and she took the time to help us find the right products to help her as she adjusts to her new home.

My wife shared with me a very interesting story that I feel I should tell. She walked in the distraught after visiting Pet Supermarket. She told me she walked in no one acknowledged her or greeted her or seem to want to help her. When white people walked in everyone was energetic with greeting and explaining sales and going above and beyond. I hate hearing this because we should not have to still live in a world where it still feel "Racist". Not saying anyone is but everyone should be treated as equals and maybe you should chose you staff member careful.

The store itself is very cute aesthetically. However, the staff seems very timid, and never really interacts with me or initially greets me when I go in the few times I’ve been. Their cat selection in terms of toys, cleaning products, and litter boxes in general (actually any cat items besides food and a selection of the same cat trees) is very very limited as well as the prices are very similar to most stores and if anything a little more expensive. It’s a decent store for cat food but haven’t been able to find much else there.

Great selection of dog food, treats and toys. Went with my brother and his dog. Daisy loved it, and the employees were super friendly and kind

I came in and asked for a chew toy recommendation to give my dog on our road trip. The employees were all super nice and knowledgeable. One person picked out a few different flavors for him to try and saved me some money. This dude is in love and gonna be chewing away at this for weeks :) many thanks to the super friendly staff, sorry I never caught their name. Best pet store on earth👏👏
