Penny Paws Animal Hospital - Grand Prairie

We went to penny paws to have to do the hardest thing putting my old puppy down. Everyone was so nice and understanding. They let us have our time to say goodbye, and accept what is happing. I paid ahead of time over the phone and they over charged me and gave me a refund. I would go back if I needed anything else for a future animal. Thank you so much for taking care of my Autumn.

This was my first visit to Penny Paws and both me and Scruffy felt comfortable and well taken care of. I just moved to the area and have been impressed with pro discount vaccination events every weekend as I drove by. It wasn't a hard decision to bring Scruffy by.

Amazing staff and facilities. I was so nervous taking my cat to the vet because she can get stressed. But the staff kept her calm. They made it smooth and easy. They also explained everything and just were so nice. So happy with my experience.

Awesome staff—super friendly and helpful. Quick fix for my dog's ear infection. Price was a little high with some extras, but overall a really good experience.

I’ve taken my chihuahua, Hunter, here since he was a pup. Great service, everyone is super friendly and helpful. It is quite pricey for appointments but it’s worth it to ensure your pup is seen and treated by the best vet around! (Hunter is now 3 years old)
