Two very bright young women helped me find exactly what I needed for a big job I had to finish yesterday. Melissa was fantastic!

This store has lazy very employees especially those that work in the garden center area. Every single plant with the exception of the ones that just arrived were bone dry and welting. Time to find new employees for that department and possibly the store manager for not actually checking on departments.

Like other stores the hardware section needs some serious attention. Friendly staff

Usually I have a positive experience with the dog wash in this tractor supply but not today. I’ve previously taken 3 other dogs to this location and they have always been very clean and had good supplies. I always call before I go as sometimes it’s closed for sanitizing. Today when I called they said it was open and they had just actually gotten back their hot water supply, this should have been my first red flag. When I arrived I walked in and there was so much hair in the room that it was clogging the drain and you walked into a big puddle of water. I cleared some hair to let it drain and put my dog in the tub. There were zero clean or dry towels and they obviously had to have know as the cleaning stuff was thrown on top of the pile. The soap dispenser pumps were not present in more than half the jugs of dog soap so I had to pour it on my dog and the lids were thrown all over leaving them open for hair to contaminate the bottle inside. There was no clean scrubbing mitts as they all had hair. The black bucket used to hold them had so much nasty water it smelled like sewer. One of the dryers was broken. There was just a lot wrong and I don’t believe we will be back even after sanitizing. A lot of these photos were after I picked up what I could.

Been to this location countless times since they have opened and always been satisfied with my experience. Would be very helpful if the plumbing and other small misc fittings were stocked appropriately though.
