Edited & Updated My initial review was based on a bad experience with this location over the holidays. We love the amenities offered at this dog boarding location, but had a terrible experience with staff. After speaking with the manager, she seemed as surprised as we were with all of the issues we had and immediately made the decision to refund our stay. Additionally, she wants to work with us directly for our next stay. I feel as if the management at Pawville is trying to earn our business back and I believe we are inclined to give them another chance. If we see a change and have a good experience I will happily adjust my review again in the future to reflect the service. I am not the type of person to ask for special perks or treatment, I just expect quality service. It seems as if Pawville is trying to show us that they can provide it! I appreciate how responsive the manager has been and look forward to trying again in the near future.

I left my two dogs here for boarding while we went on a family vacation, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they received! I’m a very protective dog mom, but the staff was amazing. Always patient, kind, and quick to answer any questions I had. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my babies were in such good hands. I’ll definitely be bringing them back next time we travel! 🐾💛

Pawville has been an absolute saving grace for our family! We started taking our dog here three times a week and during our vacations when he was just a puppy, and it has been the best decision we've ever made for his care. From day one, the staff at Pawville have been nothing short of amazing with our dog. They are incredibly attentive, genuinely care about each pet, and go above and beyond to ensure our pup is happy and comfortable. Every time we drop him off, he practically leaps out of the car with excitement, tail wagging furiously. It's such a relief to know he's in such good hands. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has plenty of space for the dogs to play and socialize. Our dog comes home not only extremely happy but also wonderfully exhausted from all the fun he's had. It's clear that he loves his time at Pawville, and we couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you, Pawville, for being our pup's home away from home and for providing such exceptional care. We couldn't recommend you more highly!

I have been taking my dog Bean to Midtown Pawville since last September, a month after we rescued her. I was going across the country for a week so I was definitely nervous to board my dog. I was pleasantly surprised to find a report card in my messages! They send report cards daily. I had no idea they did this at the time and it made me so happy to see my dog was having a great time. I have never written a review before, not something I really think to do or want spend my time doing. I had to make an exception for pawville. Pawville has been a second home for my dog. SHE LOVES IT. Bean is a very high energy dog. It really means a lot that they get to know your dogs personality and put them with other dogs that matches their energy. The staff really go above and beyond for the dogs. What made me love this place even more is that they remember your dogs and get excited when they come back. The report cards are so personal and I have seen how much they love and care for my dog. They also run a very good business and are very professional, accommodating and responsive. They are also very on top of making sure your dog is up to date with vaccines, which I really appreciate. They really think of everything to make your dog happy. Its almost like your dogs are staying at a resort/spa lol. This is my FAVORITE place to board my dog in Wilmington. If you are looking for a place that takes good care of your animal AND a place that your animal will love I HIGHLY recommend Pawville :)
