Animal Hospital North

My biggest complaint is the receptionist. If you've been here you know exactly who I am talking about... the one with the awful short, spiky 90s/early 2000s haircut that matches her terrible attitude. I've been going here for years and she makes every moment, from the moment you get there to the moment you leave unpleasant. I have to take deep breaths and meditate in the car before I enter the premises because I know I'll have to deal with her. No, "hello", "good morning", "please", "thank you" or "have a nice day" ever. One interaction that stuck out is that I had just paid for a $500+ bill and she threw down my credit card onto the counter when she was done with it. As stated, it was too much for her to say "thank you" and hand it my card back like a decent human being. I can't figure out why they kept this person as the face of their business and interacting with customers.

Dr. Gruber is very knowlegable, and answered my questions. Jenni the vet tech was very kind and gentle. They got Rafa and me into the exam room immediately, no waiting. Their services are priced reasonably. The cost for full blood panel for elderly dogs is high, but I'm guessing that is just the going rate that they have to pay to an outside lab.

I'm a new dog mom, and Animal Hospital North, Dr. Duke, and all the staff were amazing when I took my dog in for his first appointment. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable as a new dog parent. Dr. Duke made some great recommendations regarding food, meds, etc. I'll be going back here for sure!

I made an appointment here but thought it was a different place, so, initially I went to wrong one, and they said oh you must've madenyour appointment with Animal Hospital North, and fortunately I was 5 mins away from where I needed to be, what a happy accident! My experience with this place was great! I was there for my cat, to euthanize him for his kidney issues and also to bring my dog Boris in to check out some skin tags he has on his neck, and may I say that my morning was bittersweet, to say the least. The vet and her tech were so nice and compassionate! Boris USUALLY won't go into someone else's arms without a fight and he did! So I knew right then and there that our tech was a good one!! He went with her and I almost hit the floor, that NEVER happens!! Our vet was also very kind and gentle and honest!! It was a very good experience for me and my animals, I'd give there names but it was all a blur. I will be back and I definitely recommend Animal Hospital North to YOU! Compassion and Honesty aren't two things that come to mind when I think veterinarians. I highly recommend Animal Hospital North!

Love this animal Hospital. Great care by all staff. Doctors and all staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and take care of medicine requests on same day. Excellent place for your fur babies!! Highly recommend.
