Employees here are always super nice and helpful and you can get decent deals on quality treats. However, I do not like the new self checkout area at all and hope they eventually go back to the classic counter style. It makes it feel like one of those scan-and-go convenience stores, detracting from their family owned & community oriented image.

First time ordering or purchasing directly from Hollywood Feed. We moved recently and my previous supplier of Fromm dog food is not convenient to get to. I got on Hollywood Feed's web site and saw the size and flavor needed at the right price, even better than Amazon. Since I was tying this purchase with other errands while out and about, I clicked the option to pick up curbside at the store in Allen. When I arrived, there was a sign with a phone number for curbside alert. I called and quickly got connected to a nice young lady who delivered the 30 lb bag to my car in about a minute. I was impressed with the ease of purchasing and the good price and convenience. This will likely be my go-to from now on.

This place is great! Well organized, and meticulously maintained. The staff is eager to help get stuff off the shelves for you, take it to your car, give you advice – – whatever you need to make a right decision quickly. Bravo! 👏🏻

This was my first time taking my dog there for a bath. The lady that was working was very helpful and kept checking on us. I have always found the employees helpful and knowledgeable when I am buying food for my picky senior dog.
