Dr. Mike and his entire team are amazing. When you walk into RHAH, you just feel like family. They treat you and your furbaby with much kindness. RHAH is simply the BEST!

This was my first time coming to this clinic, they were amazing. Dr. Snipes and Ashley were wonderful. Usually my dog is fearful but they sat with us and talked about what was going on with my baby and let him come to them without just jumping into things. Thank yall so much.

Rock Hill Animal Hospital is absolutely wonderful! The entire team is kind, professional, and truly cares about both pets and their owners. A special shout-out to Allison, the veterinary technician — she was so gentle, knowledgeable, and reassuring, and made the whole visit much less stressful. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. We felt well taken care of from start to finish and wouldn’t trust our pets anywhere else. Highly recommend! 🐾

I called yesterday to request a call back from the vet who treated our dog. I had a few concerns before bringing our dog back in and wanted to know direction we needed to go in. Our puppies condition was becoming very critical. The receptionist who I did not get her name! Was very rude with me on the phone and did not take down my information to receive a call back. She wanted to know what I needed to ask the vet and I repeatedly just asked to have a call back. My mind wasn’t processing questions. I was very concerned! She was rude and hung the phone up on me. My puppy is at the Top Gun vet today receiving Iv fluids, antibiotics and pain medicine. His pancreas is very inflamed and it affected his liver. He is jaundice. It would have been nice to of gotten a return phone call from our vet. Bryanna Snipes.. I cannot believe a receptionist can treat someone this way!!! I am contiplating never using your services ever again! Wonderful Doctors but If that is the kind of service you allow your receptionist to have and talk and treat people this way. With No concern nor compassion! I hate to think how many other people have been turned off by the way they were treated on a call. The date I called was on January 29th, 2026 early afternoon.
