Pet Supplies Plus Frisco

Pet Supplies always have what I need and they are ready to help with whatever questions I have. Offering to carry out my huge bag of dog food is extra love and I appreciate it!

I love this location, I take my dogs here for the dog wash and I love all the products they carry. Staff is always super friendly and helpful, I love their vibe and the store is always clean. What I feel should happen is they should have a leash rule for dogs because it was an inconvenience to bring my dogs and seeing a loose dog inside the dog wash area. The woman in there basically told the staff member that she brought her 2 dogs and there wasn’t a way for her to deal with the dog while she was washing her other, also stated that I shouldn’t bring my dogs if they’re not friendly. My dogs aren’t violent nor have they ever bitten anyone or attacked any dogs. My Rottweiler gets anxious and she does bark. Wouldn’t hurt a fly but unfortunately because of her breed she does look scary. However, I think that it’s basic safety procedure mainly because not all dogs like a random dog coming up to them. The staff member there did try to help me out by saying the right thing to do was wait but in the end I did feel like she sided with the other customer and her needs instead. I suppose the reasoning was that she was expecting her to finish up then go. There were stalls that were empty but because there was a dog off leash I had to wait and accommodate because the woman didn’t wanna leash her dog since she kept saying “oh but she’s a sweetheart, she’s not gonna do anything” It was upsetting and ultimately I decided to leave, I’ll still come here but I do feel 100% all dogs should be leashed and kept away from other people’s dogs regardless if they’re “friendly”. I would never put anyone’s fur baby in that situation so why did the store think it was okay to allow it? 🤷🏻‍♀️ won’t change my opinion on the fact I love the store but I hope in the future they take that precaution and tell customers that in the dog wash area they should have their dog’s leashed. it’s not fair to anyone who have dogs that can get protective or upset when all they see is a dog coming up to them randomly. It’s a recipe for disaster.

This location is always so kind and helpful. I am so glad you have our Muenster dog food. It’s hard to find. We appreciate Pet Supplies Plus, and the store staff at the Frisco (teel) location are always so friendly and welcoming. Thank you again and take care.

We’ve shopped at Pet Supplies Plus for years, mostly at the Frisco location and occasionally at Prosper-Windsong. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which we appreciate. Unfortunately, we’ve repeatedly had issues with items ringing up higher than the shelf price. Sometimes products are also placed incorrectly, creating more confusion. Staff will fix it if we catch it in the moment, but often we don’t realize until after leaving. The final straw came during the Dogust Birthday Bash, which advertised 30% off toys and treats that fit in a bag. None of the discounts applied at checkout. When we questioned it, the cashier gave multiple contradictory explanations, even after we showed photos of the correct pricing. There was no clear resolution, and we left feeling frustrated. We wanted to continue supporting this local store, but the repeated pricing problems and lack of resolution have lost our trust. Sadly, we’ll be shopping elsewhere moving forward.

beyond frustrated with this store. this is my go to location and I will 100% never shop here again. 5 separate times items I have brought home have had bugs in them. the manager has been great and refunded etc. That is great… except this time my pantry is now infested with the said bugs. I thought it was only in their dog cookies, to my surprise after just putting my dogs food in their bowls there are bugs in their food, looked in the sealed plastic container their food is kept in and there are tons of webs from these bugs as well as larva. Absolutely disgusting and beyond frustrating. The comments they have made to me are that the warehouse they buy from is infested, to which now their customers homes are infested. Not to mention some time back when I was in the store looking at their fresh bone section by the front, there were bugs crawling all over them ( I quietly put it in their trash and did not say anything thinking it was a fluke at the time). I would not suggest anyone shop here until they get this under control. I have send photos to corporate to which they responded that this is an individually owned store aka nothing will be done clearly
