Very kind and helped our dog right away. The staff was kind and caring. The ER is located behind Chic Fil A down the hill. They were able to see our dog on the spot and late at night. I would definitely recommend if you're having an emergency with your animal.

Very pleased with our entire experience. Office staff and doctor were all extremely kind and caring. Dr Julie Stegeman was professional and took time to explain our dog’s medical situation along with recommendations. You can tell she has a pet’s best interest at heart. Facility was spotlessly clean as well which is important to us. We give this facility a total thumbs up and will return if needed.

Despite receiving devastating news about our beloved furbaby, we can't say enough positive things about this place. We came here for a consult and further testing on a mass our home Vet found. Our Rotweiller was greeted with kindness and warmth and responded accordingly. Even stressed after the long ride and in pain, she recognized kind hearts. The professionalism was beyond what we expected and Dr Stegeman was caring as she explained every detail. She followed up the next day with the bad news, but took all the time I needed to answer my questions. I wish we had been there under better terms but given the situation, I'm so glad we came here. From the staff out front, to those behind the doors, we were touched by their genuine kindness.

The staff is ABSOLUTELY the best. My baby got bit by her sister. We were given step by step on what was happening, the pricing, the care that would be done to her while she was in there. There was no guessing with anything. The professionalism is above 5 star. The after care is on point. I ❤️ Dr. Streppa. Thank you guys so much for the excellent care.

i brought in my son, Bagheera, to be euthanized today. the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and sweet. i hope they gave my baby the love he needed before leaving, i wish i could’ve been there to see him one last time, but i wasn’t strong enough. thank you for being there for him.. i hope all of you remain happy and healthy, may your pockets remain full, and your tummies never empty. 🖤
