My..... Little girl Maddie or wasn't feeling well and she's been going to this veterinary doctor for the last 2 and 1/2 years I believe and I can't say anything negative. They are attentive. They are bilingual and they always look out for the the interest of our furry babies. The only thing that I'm not always too fond of is that when they're going to make some treatments, they take the furry baby away. Where in the United States you're always constantly with your furry baby. Other than that, it's clean. They're respectful and they know what they're doing.

We had a great experience obtaining a travel certificate for our kitten. The staff was friendly, and the service was excellent.

Great people! Very kind, thorough, professional care. A friend gave us their info, we didn't have an appointment but they saw us quickly. Our dog was attacked & they were so kind & gentle he had very little anxiety going with them for treatment. They were also very compassionate with how hard the situation was for us.

Bad service. My dog had an emergency, was attacked by other dogs, had several deep lacerations, I took her to this "vet ", they took my info and I was told to wait at parking lot and that they would call me and take her before the day is over... I waited at parking lot for 2 hours and nobody came to get me, or call me, I called multiple times, nobody answered the phone, and nobody ever call me back to see her, my dog needed sutures, but apparently that was not important enough compared to clipping nails or routine check ups. She got her wounds infected and was seeing by another real vet 3 days later. The sad part is that they lied to me, me mintieron and told me that the would see her that day and never did. They never answer their phone and lie. Extremely disappointed. Never coming back. Worse Veterinarian in PR.

Went there because my dog ate some plastic and had an intestinal obstruction. Very good staff, but the wait is long for apparently no reason. A bit expensive too by the way. The dog is recovering without further problems.
